Isaiah Toran's music isn't just steady state background music, or drones, which put you into a relaxed state, it is really well-composed music with many changes and a quite elaborate structure. The CD is awesome! When my teenage daughter had surgery on her hand, she could not go to sleep because of the pain so I lit candle in her room, turned down her lights and played the CD. She was sleep within an hour! Needless to say, I had to buy myself another CD, it's our nightly sleeping pill.
