your order, we will happily refund or exchange any item

process you should follow to initiate a return.The item being
returned or exchanged must meet the following criteria:
1. Be in original and saleable condition.
2. The item must be packed in and returned with all of its
original packaging, including its original shipping box. If
you did not keep the original cardboard shipping box you MUST
still ship the item back in an equivalent cardboard shipping
box. Please re-wrap the item in the tissue paper, place it
in the decorative box, and then place that box inside the cardboard
shipping box surrounded by peanuts.
4. All returns must be initiated within 10 days of the delivery

In case of returns, Dream-Toran will refund the full purchase
price of the item exclusive of any shipping charge incurred.

item for your refund to be issued. In the unlikely event that
we processed your order incorrectly or shipped you a defective
item, we will take back the item and credit you the purchase
price, sales tax (if applicable), and original shipping costs.
When you receive your order, please look over the contents
carefully. If upon inspection you find the item to be flawed,
please contact us within 10 days of receiving the item. We
will reimburse you for the cost of the return shipment provided
you use a ground shipping service, such as UPS, FedEx Ground,
or U.S. Priority Mail. Shipping fees will only be reimbursed
for the value of a ground shipping service, as previously described,
which typically costs between $6.00 and $7.00.
RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA)
All returns and exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization
number. If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must

this number on the outside of the shipping box. Without it
the package will not be accepted. When you contact us to obtain
a Return Merchandise Authorization number please indicate if

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Changes and cancellations can only be made by calling customer
service at 513.593.9381 Monday through Friday, 10 A.M. - 5
P.M. EST, before the order has processed.
Dream-Toran will not accept
cancellations on any custom orders. An order is defined as "custom" when
you have contacted a designer either by email or phone, to
request a special order
or which was not listed as an original option on Dream-Toran.com.
Please do not email any changes or cancellations.
PAYING BY CHECK OR MONEY ORDER
We do accept checks or money orders denominated in U.S. dollars
and drawn on a U.S. bank as payment. When you get to the
Payment section of the checkout process, simply select "Pay by
Check or Money Order". Once you have fully submitted

WHY THIS TAKES LONGER
Please be aware that paying by check or money order does slow
down the ordering process, as we will not process your order
until payment is received. Paying by personal check will slow
your order down two to three weeks. For faster service, we
suggest you send a Certified Check drawn on a U.S. bank.
IMPORTANT: Please read carefully - When sending
payment via check or money order, please write your order number
on the front of the check or money order. Your order number
can be found in the order notification email you received from
us after your order was processed. We will not be able to identify
you unless you follow this process. If you have trouble locating
